Privacy Policy
Hundred Hills has created this privacy policy to explain when and why we collect particular information about you and how we will respect your personal privacy when interacting with us. We encourage you to read this policy in order to fully understand your rights.
The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices of Hundred Hills.
Personal Information
While conducting business with Hundred Hills, it will be necessary to collect personal information for booking and other communication purposes.
We may store this information for later communication. If you do not wish for us to communicate with you after your holiday is completed, or at any point in the future, please inform us and we’ll remove you from any additional communications. Any additional communications would be limited to occasional offers or promotions.
No personal information collected by us is ever sold, rented or exchanged with any third party, apart from those who provide additional services you have requested. Limited personal information will be supplied, where required, to those service providers such as equipment hire companies and ski schools, in relation to the products you have booked with them. Your information will not be provided for marketing purposes. Although we do our best to work with providers who also respect the privacy of our guests, we cannot be held responsible for their actions and advise you to check their privacy policies if you have any concerns. If you feel a service provider has acted inappropriately, please inform us immediately.
Security
Our enquiry and booking forms require visitors to submit personal information, which may include name, address, email address, phone number, dietary requirements, reservation dates and credit card details. Height, weight, age-range and ability information may be required for equipment hire.
No credit card information is ever stored on Hundred Hills’ servers. All credit card transactions take place securely through Barclaycard Merchant Services who host the payment transactions. Barclaycard Merchant Services use industry standard 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. SSL is a proven system that encrypts data before it is sent over the internet.
Internet Protocol Address
We may collect an IP address from visitors to our site. An IP address is a publicly available number that is assigned to the device that connects you to the internet. We may use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with our server, analyse trends, track visitor movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We use this information to better understand the visitors to our site in order to provide the best experience for them.
